Not only the best sushi I ever had, but the sushi chef is so kind and entertaining. He is extremely skilled and made the experience wonderful
I can not stress how amazing this place was in every aspect! The Chief is extremely personal with all guests and I felt right at home even though I don't speak much if any japanese and was visiting by myself, he was even able to converse with me in some english explaining all the courses. The sushi in the best terms, simple done perfectly! The cost was also great for the value especially when comparing how much other restaurants charge with the same accolades. A restaurant that is well deserving of it's Michelin star! I left full, satisfied, and with a smile on my face.I recommend it and will be visiting again next time I'm in Japan! (Sake recommendation 5⭐)
My pictures are not well explaining what the sushi here tastes like. The sushi has very very knit and clean taste but you can experience every ingredient from all the materials the chef uses.
We got very lucky and were able to snatch a reservation. The Shari was a little saltier than other sushiya, but not overly salty and neta were very fresh. every sushi tasted really delicious. The chef recommended a couple Nihonshu for us and they were very delicious. The chef is very charismatic. every piece he puts on your plate, you can feel the attention that he gives to the sushi. I would come back if I have another opportunity.
They have got first Michelin star in 2021. The chef is from South Korea and very friendly. I’d definitely come back again.
Fantastic Sushi I have ever had. Reasonable price with various kinds of sushi and nice combination with Japanese traditional alcohol
The nigiri was great and master was comfortable. Great sushi!
We met Chef Shota tonight as we came in about 30 minutes prior to the restaurant’s opening as we were under the impression that we originally booked this restaurant. Unfortunately, there was a mix up on another end. Chef Shota was absolutely helpful, compassionate, patient, and helpful. I was counting the days to experience Chef Shota’s cuisine as I promised my wife (her first time in Japan) a 5-star sushi experience. Although my promise fell through on this trip, I hope to come back with the correct reservation. Thank you Chef Shota for displaying such nice manners.
